Do you have to be home when we clean your residence?

That is up to you. Most of our clients are not present when we are there to clean. If you would like to get to know us before letting us clean on our own on a regular basis than you are more than welcome to do so. We do not assume liability for injury to those in the home other than our employees, therefore we ask that you stay out of the teams cleaning area and off of wet floors to prevent any injuries.

What if something is damaged in your home while we are there to clean?

We are all human so accidents are bound to occur, however, we treat every home with the utmost respect and caution. If by chance something breaks then we will leave you a note and make arrangements to replace the item or pay for it. PLEASE NOTE: If you have items that are of value (monetary or sentimental) we prefer not to clean them. We do not clean plasma/lcd television screens or expensive stereo/television equipment. We cannot be responsible for items that have been damaged prior to us cleaning the home. Nor can we be responsible for items that are not properly hung on the wall, poorly constructed or not fastened in a proper fashion.

Do you have to do anything prior to us coming to clean?

Having the home picked up as much as possible is ideal so that we are able to do our job in a timely fashion. If you are in need of some picking up, please schedule picking up time prior to the cleaning team arriving. You may be billed for the extra time depending on how long it takes. If surfaces are found with excessive clutter without us being notified before hand, the surface will be left as is.

Mommy Maids does not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with a particular job we do provide 24-hour guarantee and will send staff back to fix the area that are reported within 24 hour period of their scheduled clean.

If any employee with Mommy Maids feels their personal safety is in danger in any way, whether that be by actions caused by clients pets, guests, etc. and feels the need to remove themselves from the job site the client will still be liable for the full amount of the cleaning scheduled for that day.

It is unexceptable to solicit any of our staff members for any services. If you are found to have done soliciting of any kind there is a training fee of $3,000.00.

Despite being professionals and having the ability to turn something looking awful into something sparkling new, we don't always have the capability to fix everything that is beyond our fixing. Some items/surfaces may need a few extra cleanings to bring up to par. If there is a chance we could possibly damage any item or hurt ourselves then we reserve the right to skip those areas/items.

No representative or warranty made by any other person working for Mommy Maids, expressed or implied other than the company owner, S. Jones, which is not specifically set forth herein, shall be binding upon Mommy Maids. Mommy Maids reserves the right to re-evaluate rates and/or change the service agreement for policies at any time.
